Pacific Machines begins with a user-controlled Learning session on the Mac. This page describes the current product boundary, not a blanket claim that every future feature or shared artifact stays on one device.
The session is user controlled
You start and stop a Learning session. macOS controls the Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions used by the current Mac product.
The current signals are narrow
Pacific Machines currently uses approved screen and accessibility signals. It does not capture audio.
Connections are optional
Other tools add context only when a user or organization explicitly connects them. Do not connect a system or account you are not authorized to use.
Sharing changes the boundary
Capture begins on your Mac. Reports or team analysis may be stored in an organization workspace when you choose to create or share them. Review the destination and included information before sharing.
People remain responsible
Insights and opportunities are proposed for inspection. Review the evidence, sources, permissions, and human approval boundary before using an output to make a consequential decision.

Questions or requests
For a question about permissions, access, correction, or deletion, email contact the founding team. Include the organization and workspace involved, but do not send sensitive source data by email.
